Empire User Accounts

Below are are summary of the different user roles available in Empire. The roles have been designed to provide flexibility in providing members of your team with appropriate levels of access to your organisation’s Empire account. The Admin role manages the other user roles within the same organisation.

User Role Access
Admin The most privileged user for the organisation. Can do everything the other users can, but can additionally:

  • Manage other users within the same company. I.e. suspending users / resending invites
  • View the Audit log
  • View and manage all organisation documents in the customer dossier
Nominator Appropriate for users focused on managing nominations.

  • Can manage nominations for any timescale
  • Can manage default nominations
  • Can only view Auction related screens
Trader Appropriate for users focused on allocations.

  • Can manage bids in auctions
  • Can not view nominations
  • Can manage default bids and configuration
Nominator and Trader Combination of the Nominator and Trader roles
Reporter The most restricted access role, with read-only access. The role can view all the users above also can but is not allowed to change anything.
