Organisation Setup & User Accounts
All of the the primary contact(s), have been sent two documents to complete. The documents are:
Organisation Details Form – This form will be used to add the organisation to Empire. We have populated it with all the details that we currently have on file for your organisation.
User Account Form – This form is blank. You will need to provide a list of people that require user accounts.
If you haven’t received these forms, please contact email@example.com. These forms need to be returned to us by 02 June 2024.
