Continuous customer service improvement
BritNed is pleased to announce it has become a member of The Institute of Customer Service, as part of an ongoing commitment to customer excellence.
The Institute of Customer Service is the UK’s independent professional customer service body, seeking to improve business performance through enhanced customer experience. Their vision of a world where customer experience makes a positive and sustained impact strongly aligns with the service-led values here at BritNed.
As part of our overall strategy of continuous customer service improvement, we will work with The Institute to develop our service offering, alongside beginning the journey towards ServiceMark accreditation – demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the customer experience whilst also meeting robust service standards.
We’re excited to begin working with The Institute of Customer Service as we continue to strengthen processes, systems, skills and behaviours that help us to deliver for customers.
Delivering for Customers
Jonathan Cole, Customer and Markets Manager at BritNed commented:
“We’re excited to begin working with The Institute of Customer Service as we continue to strengthen processes, systems, skills and behaviours that help us to deliver for customers. Working with The Institute of Customer Service will also further solidify our commitment to putting customers and safety at the heart of everything we do across the organisation.
“We endeavour to provide participants with an easy, frictionless experience when trading on BritNed, and that is a continuous, full team effort. Membership will not only help us gain a deeper understanding of where we are currently with our service offering, but will also allow us to identify areas of improvement as we continue to enhance our service and customer experience journey.”
BritNed’s decision to join The Institute and begin its journey towards ServiceMark accreditation demonstrates a clear commitment to putting customer experience at the heart of its business.
A Commitment to the Customer Experience
Jo Causon, CEO of The Institute of Customer Service said:
“BritNed’s decision to join The Institute and begin its journey towards ServiceMark accreditation demonstrates a clear commitment to putting customer experience at the heart of its business. We look forward to supporting them as they build on this ambition and continue to develop the skills, behaviours and approaches that enable consistently strong service.
“Through our independent insight, research and expertise, we will help BritNed understand what matters most to its customers and colleagues and translate those insights into meaningful improvements in both customer experience and business performance.”
