BritNed Harmonised Allocation Rules

On the 1st July 2016 the Harmonized Allocation Rules (HARs) will be implemented. The HARs are a set of Pan European Allocation Rules for the governance of Long Term Transmission Rights and are a requirement of the Forward Capacity Allocation Guideline. The residual BritNed Access Rules have been aligned with the structure of the HARs. Until 1st July 2016 the current BritNed Access Rules dated 18thDecember 2014 are applicable.

BritNed is organising two HARs workshops, which will take place on the 20th January and the 9th March 2016 in London.

These interactive workshops aim to inform and update BritNed Participants on the future impacts of the HARs. Giving BritNed the opportunity to address any questions Participants may have.
